Oval View Residencies

The apartment was compact, clean and had all facilities. The small supermarket right below was very helpful. Tuk tuk was easily available anytime. Nice swimming pool accessible everyday. Would certainly recommend for a stay .

Shower area could have been separated with curtains to avoid water all over the bathroom.

Niluka was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. The apartment was clean and we appreciated having drinking water provided for the whole week we stayed. Almost everything was as expected .

It would have been more convenient to have a shower cubicle in the bathroom to avoid water from spreading all over the floor when taking showers and we noticed a few crockroaches in the apartment especially in the kitchen cabinet drawers. No signal to watch TV.

Neat, Clean and Good property at one of the busiest areas in Colombo. Access was easy as we came from the Baseline road. Host was super friendly and was very easy to deal with. Process of collecting & handing over the key was convenient.

Comfortable stay & Well equipped with Kitchen with own preparation food.. Mainly the view of this Apartment is excellence…

It is fantastic place with stunning views and an ideal location. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which offered a relaxing time with a great view. It’s also super convenient that there’s a supermarket right on the ground floor of the same building. The apartment has security, so there’s no need to worry about anything. A big thank you to the owner’s daughter, who was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. ❤️
