Good location surrounded by many delicious restaurants. There is a supermarket downstairs with so many snacks. Close to the galaxy mall. Comfortable bed. Compact room

The room wasn't soundproof enough.

- unresponsive reservation team and they dont bother about your request and never reply my request - dirty rooms, may spiders webs, dusty and insects - torn and dirty linens

the location is near restaurants and other food stalls, which is very handy. It is near UNAIR and some other public places in Surabaya. Good location. It is also next to a big supermarket. So, if you need anything you just go down-stairs and do some shopping. The traditional food is sold in front of the supermarket; yummy food. And this stall is open early in the morning until late at night.

the wall is very thin, so that we can hear people talking in the other room. When those people were talking and joking loudly, I could hear what they said, and could not sleep well.

Breakfast is delicious. But not many options.

Wifi really terrible. Door lock often didn’t work.

Great staff, location and room.

The shower head/some items in the room are not well kept (bulbs are out). Otherwise it's a pleasant stay.
