Bizstay Harbour II Scheveningen Apartments

Car park access was very problematic.

All amazing we love the property very spacious.

Very spacious, beautifully furnished, and decorated. Lots of towels, equipment, games, books, perfect welcome package with soaps, toilettenpapier, coffee, and more. Stunning views, 10 min walk to the beach.

Pillows are a bit too big and hurt our necks. We just used couch pillows instead :) we couldn't ever figure out which building entrance to use. They were all quite hidden 🙈

Beautiful and spacey apartment, located close to the sandy beaches and supermarket. Very good connection with Centrum

Was a bit out of the way to get to scheveningen.

I lived the worst accomodation experience ever in my life. So this question is not applicable for me.

We stayed for 2 nights as 3 guests. On the first night at 4 a.m. a couple entered to the apartment from the main door with their own keys! They said they were drunk, they live upstairs, they are also owners of the apartment and they lost their keys. Then they look around and left the property from the terrace door. When we reported the issue to BizStay, they said it is impossible and they cannot do anything. They claimed that we lied. We insisted at checking the security cameras but they did not. After the discussion of long hours that ruined our stay, instead of changing the apartment; they broke into the apartment while we were out and without our consent pretending to change our apartment! Afterwards, instead of changing our apartment, they threatened us by lying that "we smoked at the property". No need to tell that this was totally a lie since "non-smoking" feature of the property was one of the reasons why we choose this property at first place. We stayed at the second night because we had no choice at that late hour, so we slept in turns. I am 40 years old, been to many strange places of the world and this was by far the worst accomodation experience in my life. No need to tell that instead we payed for the 3rd person there is no ready made bed and or mention other bad experiences, because we firstly had serious security issues.
