Kiota jungle homestay

Estuvimos en este hotel de paso, la noche antes de coger el vuelo de vuelta, y fue una muy buena eleccion, ya que el hotel se encuentra muy cerca del aeropuerto. El personal es encantador: tuvimos un problema con unos documentos que se nos olvidaron en el aeropuerto y el personal del hotel nos ayudó a recuperarlos con mucha amabilidad. Además la cena que nos prepararon, fue de verdad esquisita! Gracias de nuevo a Magdalena, Thomas y Mama Kiota por todo :)

Buona la vicinanza con l'aeroporto, molto suggestivo l'ambiente immerso in una vera e proprio giungla. Il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo, la camera era grande ed ottima veramente anche la cena.

Potrebbero fare una convenzione per il trasporto da e per l'aeroporto (altre soluzioni hanno navetta gratuita). Da notare che non si può pagare con carta di credito, ma vengono accettati sia dollari che scellini. La piscina era chiusa per un trattamento, quindi non giudicabile diciamo. Attorno alla struttura non c'è molto, quindi non aspettarsi di poter fare attività particolari.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They made sure I traveled to them and from them safely. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The place is clean and comfortable, with nice bathing pool, greenery.

Frühstück war sehr gut, besonders das Hähnchen zum Abendessen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, sodass kein Wunsch offen geblieben ist. Super zum Ankommen oder Abreisen über den nahegelegenen Airport. Als Alleinreisender und für das erste Mal in Tansania sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

I had a wonderful stay at Kiota Jungle in Dar es Salaam. The place was very clean with a quiet and peaceful environment. The location is excellent—just 1 minute from the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. The manager, Magdalene, was kind and patient, and Mama Kiota was also very warm and welcoming. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a homely touch near the airport.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Not a Muzungu hotel, but best of African home style accomodation. Beatufull garden, piece of quit and tranquility in buisy Dares Salam. Good food!!! I loved the stay.

The room is a bit small and basic, it took the air condition some time to start, but then it was ok. But the outside garglden in very very nice!

The manager and staff were very kind and helpful After we decided the hotel didn’t meet our needs they would have cancelled the reservation. Since, this wasn’t possible through booking.com. they offered a free transfer to a different hotel.

We thought the room we were getting opened onto a garden area but it did not. The pool was very dirty and not suitable for swimming. Since we had booked the room hoping to use the pool and hang out prior to our flights, we decided to leave and stay elsewhere.
