Not far of a drive to downtown.

Some things were broken in side , lamp , toilet paper holder , curtain rod and certain were missing

The room was clean and exactly as described. Had no problem getting into the unit but I would have liked to know the check-in process before we arrived at the unit. There was plenty of parking and everything went smoothly.

We could have used pot holders and more silverware and dishes. There was only 3 or 4 of each and we cooked a lot in the unit. Also, there was no bath mat and the towels were initially hard to find. They were in the bedroom closet not in either bathroom. Also just for others to know, there is no fan in the unit even in the bedroom. An additional bar stool so everyone can eat together would be nice as well.

The location was great and the home was clean.

The drain in the shower was backed up and shin I reached out about it, I was told it would be fixed. Nobody ever came to fix the drain and the host stopped responding to messages.

The location was fine.

The air conditioning unit didn't work the entire time we were there. I communicated to management the first night and no one could come out to repair until the 3rd day when it was time for us to leave. My 70 year old mother had to stay upstairs in the bedroom in the heat because heat rises. also the listing said that it was a full size bed and futon....but there was NO FUTON management said that it was an air mattress. We never found the air mattress. It was and an all around bad experience. I expected more from Booking.com and I expected more from MGM Corporate Housing.

Easy access to the property through the boarding pass they provided on my iPhone. Easy checkout too. A nice apartment with kitchen, living room, laundry etc. Located near some nice sites like the Detroit Institute of Art. Only a couple of miles from downtown Detroit. Overall a good experience.

Check in was dubious and difficult. Not enough explanation as to how to access the property. A clear concise message or email with a detailed step by step process would have made check in easier. We rang a number and finally spoke to someone who took us through the process to finally find and enter the premises. The WhatsApp message we received for our licence and photo, payment etc was not professional and we were wary that it was a scam. Our stay at the premises was fine however essential utensils were minimal, or none at all. We had to buy a strainer, can opener etc. there were only 2 towels which had bleach stains on them for 2 guests and no bath mat for a 10 day stay. We used our t-shirts as bath mats, we rang and requested but nothing was done about it. We purchased our own towels to make our stay comfortable. As international travellers this is an unwarranted expense and could not be taken with us because of luggage restrictions.

Everything was great, clean apartment equipped with everything you need, located in a quiet area. For me it was excellent and I recommend it.

Walkway and sidewalk were cleaned following the snowfall. Enjoyed the coffee machine.

Noticed the long mark on the wall at the top of the stairs. I did an inspection upon entry.
