Happiness in Harrison

The property is close to the PATH station. You could walk it would wanted to, we did not. There are several restaurants and a liquor store within walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a small playground a couple blocks away.

We had a really hard time finding somewhere to park in the evening. There is only seating for two in the living room... a bit difficult for a family of four to be comfortable here. A tall-ish shelf in the corner for the coffee pot would have been amazing because there is nowhere on the counter to plug it in. We brought in a nightstand from the bedroom just to have coffee. And some potholders/hot pads, dish towels and dish sponges would be nice too. All that was there to use was paper towels. We stay in "home style" places with our kids because when they have had enough site seeing, it's over for everyone. The little things like... cooking and being able to sit and watch TV at night are what we need in a place to stay.

Water went out for a short period of time, then once it returned it was momentarily brown. Though this only happened over the span of a couple hours once the whole week.

Very good location in a safe neighborhood. Lots of space and well-equipped kitchen.

Facilities look a bit worn out, with some questionable renovation decisions. Plastic plates are bad choice, I recommend to replace them with the ceramic ones (the rest of kitchen amenities were great!). Also, the air was too dry with the old style heaters, would be great to add some air moisturizer.

I like the property because, is close to bus stop, restaurants ,bars en mini store .

No space for cars if aren’t one .
