Lido Marini Seahouses

Mi è piaciuto tutto: la posizione comoda e tranquilla, la casa ben attrezzata con tutti i comfort necessari e la disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario, sempre attento e accogliente.

Nessun aspetto negativo da segnalare. Tutto è stato perfetto.

La posizione vicino alla spiaggia , la riservatezza della parte esterna, la casa era delle giuste proporzioni per 4 persone, ottimo avere la lavatrice ed il barbecue

La stanza matrimoniale era grande e poco sfruttata, si poteva fare un secondo bagno in camera.

Good location, friendly owner. The apartment looked new, functional but nothing fancy. Good Ac in every room. Easy access to multiple beaches. Good price/quality. There are multiple apartments right next to each other so if you are travelling with a group its a plus..

Loud at night but quiet during the day. Dogs barking 24/7, loud music until midnight. One of the bedrooms had no windows.

The house is very big, and having the outside terrace was wonderful. Also the shower outside was very useful. Donatello was really helpful whenever we needed him. Very short walk to the beach and good location to visit the neiboring places. Very comfortable the free parking in front of the house and the house in general. The kitchen was well equipped.

Everything was good, the only thing I would improve is put some towel hangers in the bathroom and some minimum hygiene products like toilet paper. On few occasions we had problems with the shower temperature, cold water, but most of the times it was fine. There were a lot of works in Lido Marini so we weren't impressed by the village but none on our street so that was good.
