This was the most disgusting gross hotel I've ever stayed at when I walked in it smelled like someone had smoked all day long and all night long even though it said no smoking I went to use the bathroom and there was crusted urine on the toilet seat I went to turn down the bed and there was a huge yellow stain on the bed sheets Then I woke up in the morning turned on the light and there were roaches scattered everywhere. When I asked for a refund I was told absolutely not that is not something they do so I've contacted the property that owns this and received no call back I will be finding out who owns these properties and contacting them as well
This place has a serious roach infestation. The first room they gave me smelled like an ashtray! Lot of suspect looking people. I checked out after being there two hr after seeing roaches crawling on luggage. DO NOT STAY HERE!
It was good the customer service was great but the first night we didn’t have WiFi and we didn’t have a working fridge and the guy working that night didn’t know anything but the manager was super great and accommodating and I would stay there many many times just for that reason alone!
It met my expectations
Overall was a pretty bad stay. Had to kill several bugs and spiders in the room and the shower didn’t work so we were unable to shower after a long road trip.

The room served its purpose, a place to shower and sleep. However, the TV remote did not work, I had to manually change channels and adjust the volumn. I told the front desk attendant but nothing was done to fix the problem. The air conditioner was very noisy but it cooled the room well. I don't like having to wait several days or weeks to get deposit refunded back to my credit card. I was not told this before I used my card to pay deposit. Had I been informed of this, I would have given a cash deposit.
Great location just off of 75 and Barrett parkway. Convenient to a number of restaurants, Aldi grocery store, Costco, Target and number of other department stores.The pièce de résistance, $15 a day Pet fee. James, their gracious and welcoming Manager and his staff are always working hard to make the property nicer and cleaner. Conveniently located at a great price.
I left there facility early the front office wasn't open they kept my deposit
This was a horrible stay and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! There was blood on our floor and light bulbs in our trash can.
