"Stor fin lägenhet med kanonläge!"

Läget är fantastiskt. Nära till stranden. Rymligt och fräscht. Bra balkong med utsikt. Värdarna var supertrevliga.

Lite obekväma utemöbler. Tv:n var extremt liten. 2 badrum var egentligen ett badrum och en toalett.

Piękne mieszkanie, przestronne, ładnie urządzone, dobrze wyposażone. Wielkim atutem są trzy (!) tarasy. Gospodarze bardzo gościnni, troskliwi. Zostaliśmy powitani smakołykami sycylijskimi. Lokalizacja tuż przy plaży.

La casa era bellissima, molto ampia e luminosa con due terrazze dalle quali ammirare dei tramonti fantastici. Posizione top fronte spiaggia e ottima per raggiungere il centro di Marzamemi a piedi in 10 minuti circa. Grazie infinite ad Alessia e Giuliana per la loro calorosa e gentilissima ospitalità, per averci fatto trovare acqua, dolcetti e prodotti tipici al nostro arrivo. Grazie di cuore per tutto!!

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Close to the beach and only a 10 minute walk into town."

The location was fantastic. Villa was very spacious, clean, bright and airy, with all the amenities to cook if you desire. Large balcony looking out to the sea. The villa is an entire unit built on the second floor, with a private entrance and a wide staircase. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. The hosts were a lovely couple who met us at the property to hand over keys and help us with any queries and very generously left us with some treats. Only a 10 minute walk into the village of Marzamemi - what a gorgeous place with a lot of good eating options. Quaint square that comes alive at night.

We found the unit hard to locate. If you use the "Get Directions" on the Booking.com app it takes you to the road running parallel along the coast. Just be aware that the location of the unit is actually up a side street about 150m. The unit still has great views, it's just not directly on the beach.

Tutto, posizione perfetta, accoglienza ed estrema gentilezza della proprietaria, casa grande, luminosa, comoda ed accessoriata, posizione perfetta a 50 metri da una bellissima spiaggia. Terrazzino vista mare (allego foto dell’alba). Tutto perfetto. Grazie!
