Riad Massin Marrakech

Great accommodation, the hosts, and the location are excellent. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. The host woke up before our trip to prepare breakfast for us. An authentic Moroccan accommodation, we will definitely return.

Traditional building that is very interesting to explore with a roof terrace. Lots of original features like doors with fretwork and other carved beams.

Separate bathroom away from the room, questionable privacy, furniture was poor quality and could easily be replaced. Can be noisy.

The owner, Mohamed, spoke very good English and was very accommodating. Moisef, and Fatima who just worked Sunday, very friendly and helpful. There was good hot water and pressure. The breakfast was nice. The location is great once you get your bearings. Wifi was very good.

The tiles on the floor of our room were breaking off and would catch under our feet. It was obvious that the carpets and mats don’t get shaken out as they were very dirty. Noise carry’s easily from the central area to the rooms, so if people arrive at a late hour your sleep will be disturbed. The lighting is poor. You had to go out of your room to run a solar operated calculator.

Within walking distance of the main square and souk.

Our room was ground floor with a bathroom across the reception area.

It was a nice experience to live in a riad and get the real taste of Marrakesh. The property has a very good location, close to everything that we wanted to visit and the neighbourhood is good. The staff was nice and helpful.

Dangerous neighbour, F word owner, Terrible Facilities – Worst Hotel Experience Ever This hotel is located in a deep street, and Google Maps directed me to the wrong place. Upon arrival at night, I encountered two people near the gate who attempted to extort money from me. Shockingly, the owner was hiding behind the gate, listening to me repeatedly knock on the door while being threatened by the mafia, only showing up after I shouted for help and threatened to call the police. The owner was extremely rude, constantly using F words, and offered almost no assistance during check-in and check-out. The hotel's facilities were also terrible – the furniture was tattered, and everything felt old and poorly maintained. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Avoid at all costs!

Great location, very welcoming hosts - we really loved our stay at Riad Massin.

The Location was in the Center but not as the best and cleanest area. What we liked was only the Rashid that tried to communicate with us.

The room and the toilet was dirty. That was old and dirty carpet on the floor. The bed was broken, the mattress uncomfortable and the there was no clean bedsheets in the room. I asked for that but i took washed curtains instead of bedsheets. There were no cleaning products, iron , hairdryer, refrigerator as they wrote in the booking.com. The water of bath was in the second night cold. There was no air conditioning in the room. At all that was one of the worst booking that i ever had.

Very accommodating and positiv staff at massin! Felt very welcomed and well received at the riad. My first time in marrakech and have only positive memories.

Very good bed and the room was spacious but the bathroom could be better.
