This is a pretty little house, recently renovated, in a beautiful, peaceful location. The beds and sofa are clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fairly well equipped and the bathroom is clean and recently modernised. They have divided off part of the sitting room to provide a third sleeping space, which my eldest son was pleased to use. We liked sitting on the swing chair in the covered outdoor area in the evenings, listening to the birds. It is a rural location, but only around 15min drive to a supermarket. We enjoyed exploring the Postojna Caves, eating seafood at Piran, hiking around Lake Bohinj and Vogel ski resort and we did a day trip across to Venice. Plenty to do and see.

There is no microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher etc - we didn't mind this, but others might. A drying rack for clothes would be useful, as would some hanging/storage space for clothes in the other sleeping areas. We had some minor issues with leaks and insects, but this is to be expected in a rural setting. We accidentally turned the boiler off at one point - an information sheet for guests with instructions on hot water, wifi, recycling etc would be a helpful addition.

Location, charming character and traditional style. It was so spacious and comfortable and the fireplace on a cold and rainy evening was just a dream!
