CAPE CORAL CANALFRONT

Beautiful home as you enter. Great shower in master bath. Nice kitchen. Very convenient and close to family. With some paint and TLC, this home would be perfect!

Interior walls and trim marked up and could use painting to spruce up home. No towel bars or hooks in bathrooms. Gap under front door allowed debris to blow in when lawn people were there. Dryer vent is missing and lint from dryer covered hot water heater and garage area (fire hazard) and appears that it has been this way for some time. One of the sinks in second bathroom did not work. TV's didn't get local channels and eventually didn't get any channels saying, "no internet connection". Lanai area walls were dirty, and gutter was clogged causing water to drip through screw creating a puddle tht I had to keep sweeping. Privacy fence on backside of pool is covered with Algee and needs a power wash. Cushions for outside furniture was stained and dirty. They are removeable and should be laundered or replaced.

Location, rooms , communication , facilities, all was better than expected .

The pots and pans were very old and not useable and no place to hang towels in the bathrooms.

Everything was amazing.

The owner of this property is amazing and went above and beyond!! The property was spectacular and very clean!! The owner provided amazing correspondence and resources and we were made to feel like we were at home!! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends!!
