Cel mai bun a fost personalul hotelului, cu o mențiune specială pentru Bojan și tânărul de la recepție, scuze că nu i-am reținut numele. Micul dejun și cina au fost bune, iar jumătate din sejur serviciile de masă au fost oferite prin hotelul Satelit Lux din apropiere. Piscina acoperită are temperatura apei mai scăzută decât mă așteptam. De regulă, apa în piscinele hotelurilor din Serbia au temperaturi mai mici decât în alte țări și tocmai de aceea am căutat pe internet ce hotel din Zlatibor oferă cea mai ridicată temperatură, fiind indicat Hotelul Club Zlatibor. Nu a fost ceea ce mă așteptam și fetița mea în vărstă de 9 ani a răcit puternic. Sauna, deși mică, este OK. Locul de joacă pentru copii este destul de modest. Cafeaua de la restaurant a fost foarte bună, și deși am avut demipensiune a trebuit să plătim pentru ea, ca și pentru câte o bere. Nu există lift, sunt scări destul de înguste și dacă ai camera la etajul 2 nu va fi foarte comod cu bagajele pe scări. Parcarea gratuită lângă hotel a fost un bonus.

Din toate punctele de vedere, faceți un efort financiar, plătiți diferența și alegeți hotelul Satelix Lux.
