Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in. === Please note that for every 1 paying adult, 1 child below 12 year-old eats for free at Lollo and Bernie Menu. === Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's stay as a penalty fee. This does not apply nonrefundable reservations and room rates. Incidental/Security Deposit: At check-in, we will place a temporary hold on your credit card to cover any additional charges during your stay. This is not an extra charge, and the hold will be released after check-out. === Sunwing Bangtao Beach, Non Smoking Policy: It is only allowed to smoke outdoors at special arranged smoking areas, not in any rooms or balconies. Smoking of Cannabis is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, in all rooms or balconies. A minimum charge of 2,000 THB will be added to your bill if evidence of smoking in the room is found. === Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
