Beautiful trees and pool

Staff seem irritated likely caused by the clientele. Room smelt and wasn’t super clean (sand on floor and in bed), for the price would expect better.

Loved being on the ground floor and being able to access the pools easily., Fantastic location.

The bed was very, very firm and not a great selection of pillows. I ended up sleeping on a couch cushion.

The location is excellent and the beach is beautiful. The kids club is clean, well-equipped, and both my children loved it. It’s definitely a family hotel, if I were single, I’d avoid it. There are kids everywhere.

The food at the restaurant is average. The rooms are spacious but a bit outdated. The pillows aren’t comfortable and there’s zero sound insulation you can hear people walking and talking like they’re inside your room. The price feels a bit high for what you actually get. It did provide fun for the kids and convenience for us - but we definitely paid for that convenience.

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht gerade günstig für Thailändische Verhältnisse ist, hat man hier ein außergewöhnlich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren 5 Nächte da und haben das Hotel und den Hausstrand kaum verlassen, da es hier so viel zu tun gibt und wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Der Tag lässt sich hier gut mit einem Mix aus Pool, Strand, Sportprogramm und Animation (wenn man darauf Lust hat) und zwischendurch in einem der umliegenden Restaurants essen gehen, verbringen. Man ist ein bisschen ab vom Schuss, aber wenn man einfach Lust auf entspannten Familien-Urlaub hat, ist man im Sunwing perfekt aufgehoben. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war zudem außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wer viel auf Phuket erleben will, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es relativ weit zu den Attraktionen und anderen Stränden ist und die Taxis teuer. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

The pool was cool and clean, and the beach views were amazing. The gym area were satisfactory, and the breakfast offered a great selection of fresh, cooked food. I loved it so much that I extended my stay and will definitely be back.

Room size was good.

Cleanliness was below par, and service was actually bad. Receptionist was cold, and the restaurant staff didn’t appear they enjoy working there at all. In fact, my child got sick from food poisoning immediately after having breakfast there!
