room had a lot of light and nice view

overpriced and not good food at the restaurant bathroom could be remodeled to be a bit more modern the gym and pool are a joke... both tiny and in poor condition

Pleasant stay in nice and clean rooms. Staff friendly, except for the hotel owner who stopped us in the morning at 6 am before leaving for a trip to pay for the entire stay in the hotel in cash. Shame for a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel was a disaster, Chinese breakfast in the heart of Africa. Horrible.

Very helpful staff, good value, clean. Flexible on checkout would recommend. Would have liked access to restaurant for meals not just breakfast

nothing

the reception made excuses of credit card machine not working so could not accept credit cards. but i learnt they avoid credit cards just to avoid paying taxes. i had to pay cash so i decided to checkout next morning itself.
