Lazio Beach Residence

Die Lage und das Apartment waren sehr schön. Die Besitzerin war die netteste Besitzerin die ich je gesehen habe. Hat uns versucht in allen themen behilflich zu sein.

Das einzig blöde ist, es gibt zwar nebenan zwei Restaurants, die aber um 17:00 uhr zusperren. Also wenn ihr bis 16:45 nicht dort isst, seit ihr den ganzen Abend am verhungern. Außer ihr bestellt euch ein Taxi und fahrt in die Stadt, was wiederum sehr viel kostet.

Absolutely amazing place right in front of one of the best beaches in the world. We had an apartment on the top floor. It was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Personally we preferred the top floor as the view was better and we didn't mind to use stairs. The rooms had nice ceiling fans, so we didn't even have to use air-co (personally, I am not big fan of conditioned air, so for me that was a big plus). The owners of the residence are absolutely fantastic people. Kind, attentive, super helpful, eager to make sure your holidays are perfect. There was no any issues with an early check-in and a late checkout, but I guess this also depends on the availability. Special thanks to Alyssa who organized taxi and a private boat tour for us. Basically, we didn't have to do anything ourselves, everything was perfectly arranged. The location of the residence couldn't be better. It is just right on the beach and we also think that this part of the beach is the best. It is very close to stones on the right side of the beach which is a good place for snorkeling (BTW we saw sea turtles several times there!). And at the same time it is close to a good restaurant and the fantastic Koko Loko bar. The beach is stunning. Turquoise and pristine, super calm water with a pleasant surf at the shore. There were no any signs of seaweed. We were there in the middle of June and we saw seaweed on the opposite side of Praslin, but here it was all clean. Also in June it can be windy in other parts of the island, but on Anse Lazio it was quite good. There was some cooling breeze there, but the water would stay absolutely calm. The beach felt quite secluded. It was almost empty in the morning and it wasn't crowded even in the middle of the day. But I guess it also depends on the season. We found June to be a perfect time to visit with dry weather and fewer people. We look forward to visiting this place again!

Waking up just steps away from Anse Lazio – one of the most breathtaking beaches in the world – is an experience beyond words. The soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters are simply mesmerizing. If you love snorkeling, you’ll be amazed by the vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life just offshore. The villas are modern, impeccably maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Most importantly, the atmosphere is peaceful and private – no crowds, no noise, just pure relaxation. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful hosts – incredibly kind and welcoming people who made us feel at home. We are deeply grateful and will definitely return!

The location cannot be better. It is on the best beach on Praslin. And probably the only property with direct beach access from your apartment. Absolutely magical. The beach is no doubt one of the best in Seychelles. Do not miss to snorkel the coral reefs on the right side close to boulder rocks. Beautiful corals and fish. And if you are lucky, you can see small lemon shark too. And on left side of the beach, you can see turtles while snorkeling. But corals are better on the right side end (more on side of the residences. The staff is absolutely lovely and you get treated very nicely. There is daily cleaning. Beach towels provide and apartments have everything you need. I preferred the lower (ground) floor apartments as you can be on the beach from your terrace. Bring your snorkeling gear with you as hard to rent at the beach. The property doesn’t have breakfast or dinner but kitchens are very well equipped and you can get breakfast on discounted rate in the restaurant right next door if you are staying here.
