Extra small bathroom couldn’t move in it very low ceilings had to ask for more towels no milk very steep stairs to room

Location. I lats came here 20 years ago for a horse ride in pouring rain. Staff were nice and helpful then, how things have changed

Got my name wrong. Gave me wrong WiFi password. WiFi didn't work at all. TV doesn't work. Sockets all poorly fitted. The ceiling is far too low. Cannot pee in toilet without banging head. Shower water flow constantly interrupted. Bed well worn and too soft. Second hand furniture from Craig Y Nos castle, but you can't sit in it because of the low ceiling. Cannot poop in toilet without amputating one or both of your legs. Shower gel nearly empty, just a millimetre or so in bottle. Not sure why it's called a B&B there is no food. Couldn't organise a simple horse ride despite being a stable.

Convenient location as we had a do across the road in Craig Y Nos

The heating wasn't working, it was pitch black arriving, we had to use torches on our phones. Renovations going on and all the building stuff was out the front, had to watch your step. We were given a heater and thank goodness we could leave it on a few hours before time to sleep. The tiny wash hand basin only meant we had to use cups to go back an forth to fill the kettle. Extractor in bathroom doesnt work and TV was hopeless, even after using our own batteries for the remote.
