Villa Caribbean Dream

Brigitte, our host, was wonderful. She invited us to join her and friends going out to eat when we arrived. The cottage is spacious and clean; we spent most of the time on the porch enjoying the views. The room fan made for very comfortable sleep. The place is only 10 minutes from the airport, and in an area that doesn’t feel touristy. But there is a beautiful beach nearby, and be sure to take the path beyond the lighthouse. There are also many great restaurants in the area — from beach shacks to artisan/gourmet. Fabulous food! And the area around the Pitons is only about 45 minutes away.

This is no a negative, just a comment: you really do need to rent a car if you stay here. Brigitte can help you with a local agency, or you can rent from the usual companies at the airport.

The room and shared facilities were exactly as described. The owner was very kind and staff friendly and trustworthy. There is a lovely garden.

As you would expect in the tropics, there are critters around, but there is a bed net for sleeping and the whole guest house is kept spotlessly clean.

Our one-night stay at Villa Caribbean Dream was absolutely lovely. As two young girls travelling together, feeling safe was really important to us, and we felt completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. The villa is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming.Bridget was incredible and went above and beyond to look after us, she even drove us to get pizzas, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Her care and hospitality truly made our stay special. We felt very well looked after and would highly recommend this place. Thank you, Brigitte

Brigitte is a fantastic host; communicative and attentive. She gave us a lift whilst we were waiting for our hire car and plenty of advice. The view is stunning - but be aware of the mosquitos!

The mosquito net was a bit worse for wear and could be replaced.

I liked the location for the sunsets and the quiet. Brigitte was super friendly and helpful. Her recommendations were spot on and she took me into town when she had errands and introduced me to Faye Gastronomie Artisan Restaurant that had tasty croissants and coffee. The views from the top of Moule-à-Clique were amazing and worth the walk.

It is best to have a car, Brigitte was super helpful in helping me get a car and transport from the airport.

De locatie en de logging van het originele verblijf en het geweldige uitzicht. Het buiten leven in de tropen op een basic niveau is heerlijken Brigitte heeft ons met al onze vragen geholpen. Ik heb nog even de andere kamers en het rainbowappartment bekeken en zijn prima voor reizigers die iets meer luxe willen. Random vieux fort zijn zeer lekkere lokale stranden en eettentjes te vinden en wij kregen waardevolle tips van Brigitte. Zeker aanbevelenswaardig

The air conditioning had been turned on and was working.

The property has not been well maintained, you can see the sky through the gaps in the ceiling. If it had rained we would likely have had an involuntary shower. There is a big gap between the door and the property. A lizard and some insects had set up home and could not be caught to be removed. The parking space was not safe to drive in or out of. This is the only property I refused to stay in during our four weeks in St Lucia. Host was not accepting of my concerns and refused a refund despite the fact we did not stay. Despite this we wasn’t staying.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement très coquet, paisible et bien aménagé. L'hôte est très sympathique, accommodante et a l'écoute. Le jardin est vraiment un havre de paix avec une vue superbe. Merci encore

L'hébergement a dépassé mes attentes ! J'ai été upgradé par Brigitte afin de ne pas déranger les voyageurs déjà sur place. La villa était super avec tout ce qu'il faut à disposition et la vue incroyable, le matin ou le soir. Brigitte est super ! J'ai adoré partager le petit déjeuner en sa compagnie. Merci encore ! Je reviendrais sans hésiter !
