Luxury accommodation.

The place was filthy. Hair, dust and broken bits of glass on window ledges. Hair and pubic hair in the bath/shower. Filthy behind the doors, laminate flooring in the living room was broken (trip hazard) tops of the fridge and freezer were filthy. We had to clean the bath/shower before using it.

Location good for everywhere

On arrival lock box wouldn’t open. Called owner 21 times before answer. Advised code change. Went out and double locked the door. On return couldn’t get in. Another phone call and after some hassle got in. Said would send maintenance to fix to avoid a repeat but did not. Back door key wasn’t at the property. Called again and said cleaner would bring round which he did. Yard had multiple dog dirt piles, rubbish, fag ends, cans and rubbish bags. Beyond disgusting. Black sheets on beds showed suspicious looking white staining. No apology from owner and responses were flippant and dismissive. No toaster - stolen apparently, how recently unknown but not specified as missing in ad. Overall, do not be misled by the ad. It is far from luxury. Beds were quite comfortable. Unable to access normal digital on tv. Just smart tv apps. Dangerous hanging brisket from wall in yard too. Sorry mate but I gave you ample opportunity to redeem yourself and apologise but I don’t think you were interested or bothered.

For that price, nothing to complain about, because most people expect five star hotel services, pay little want more then they think, I'm happy for what we paid for and whole house, £72 per night four of us, very reason price

Fresh friends an clean

Nicely set up, all facilities as required. On street parking, which we managed every day okay, may be tight during at times though. House was okay, though could have done with a deep clean. Beds were comfy enough but possible mattress toppers would help. Sofas could do with a good clean. Stairs very steep, and part of the carpet dangerous, slides away from the step under foot, maybe 4th step Down from the top?. Courtyard garden could do with a revamp and clear out. No issues with neighbours or noise.
