Luxury accommodation.

We are a local Housing Association and used this property to temporally house one of our customers, when they could not sty in their own home. The Property owner was extremely helpful and accommodated us when we needed to extend the customers stay

Perfect location for us to visit friends in the area and was simply used as a base.

Unfortunately, there was not a full bed set (no bottom sheet) for bed 4 - didn't hear back from text about the sheet so had to improvise. There were some horrid marks on the arms of the sofa, some stains on the walls, the bath had part of the side panel missing and there were no instructions how to turn on the heating (no idea where the thermostat was but to be fair, didn't bother asking). It would be great if there was a broom or vacuum for the wooden floor, the mop didn't really help pick up the bits. And a mirror would be helpful. We were unable to empty the kitchen bin as the outside bin was already full. Whilst we were not cooking at the property, the kitchen was not fully equipped - very little for use in the oven if we had wanted to cook and the oven could do with a clean (the glass door was quite dirty).
