The facilities are to noisy They had to send people to refill gas The TV did not work The communication with the whomever was managing the property was poor . We were sent to the incorrect apartment. Then asked to move to another apartment Access codes were not supplied on the agreed day. I had to send messages to obtain access codes , very unpleasant
ZAthe sliding door was off the track the cold air camein at night the bathroom mat was not clean the pots were greasy

The service was extremely poor. I was moved to a different room on the second night of my stay. The room was a downgrade from the first room, it had no aircon, no wifi no washing machine whereas the first room had all the above.
