ZAIt was a lovely location and central to most requirements. Security at gate was understanding when I showed up with no entry codes given to me by the person who did my booking. He went an extra mile and went up to the room to assist as I could not get hold of the owner for almost half hour on arrival.
The cleaner kept the remote to the gas behind the microwave, this making it difficult to shower or use the stove etc. Owner sent me to a neighbor to borrow her remote in which she turned me down (embarrassing). Then she called another guy (guest) to come over and assist me to get got water as it went on for over an hour. Had no teaspoons, cleaner says the room doesn't come with teaspoons to make your coffee. Then she asks me if she can use the washing to wash the previous guests laundry. I wasn't very pleased with the above but it is affordable and the owner did apologize for all the inconvenience caused.
ZAThe noise at night from the call centre is unbearable and it makes it difficult to sleep.

The property description was misleading and our expectations of property as advertised was not met. No Hot water and low water pressure added to overall discomfort.
ZANo information to access the apartment was given beforehand. had to call for assistance and wait for response. No communication available regarding water availability. Water either cold or no water at all. no communication regarding this.

ZAI liked everything as it looked exactly the same as what I saw when doing the booking. The cleaner Aphile was so friendly and welcoming. Our room smelled so fresh everyday. The host was just a phone call away and was also communicating. Thank you so much Millet we really enjoyed our stay. The property standard was what we were looking for and we will definitely come back.
