Tiffany,the host is so friendly, goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, nothing is too much trouble , the house is beautiful,brilliant location and very unusual to have a car park being so central to lytham

Great location, welcome, room and parking. Tiffany was excellent host and very helpful with recommendations of places to go and eat. Room well appointed with everything you need and more. Would definitely stay again if going to Lytham Could not fault it in anyway.

Breakfast wasn't advertised or included but the owner left us cereal and bread for the toaster for us to help ourselves. Highly recommend this place!!

Windmill House was so cosy and relaxing and beautifully decorated. The host, Tiffany, was very welcoming and hospitable. We went to Lytham for a couple of nights mini break for our Silver Wedding anniversary. Tiffany provided lots of useful information for eating out and places to visit and ensured our special anniversary break was relaxing and enjoyable.

Maybe a bigger fridge in the kitchenette as it is a shared fridge amongst guests. The other alternative, a mini fridge in each suite for storage of milk and water. I am a Diabetic and need to drink a lot of water, I found it difficult not being able to store large bottles of water to drink.
