It was renovated and we had water when we arrived. We also did the check in late in the night and the stuff was available when we accomodated.

The room was really humid and we had mold in the bathroom. The stuff was nice but for an allergic perdon to stay in that room is not a very good idea.

Very clean and new. Easy access

No windows.

Good shower, nice water pressure. Comfy mattresses, only 7 min walk to busy area, to his or 25 min walk to historical old town. New interior, nice design. Clear room, AC working well.

Lack of hand soap dispenser, shower gel, shampoo - we asked for some and we got around 8 paper packets of single use multi purpose toiletries. Communication with owner via WhatsApp quite poor - message 1 day prior to arrival with google maps dropped pin would be ideal as I thought place is a scam for a moment as nobody texted me till 1h after I landed. Bad ventilation - the place would use dehumidifier + no window so hard to dry the place. Dodgy area as for location, streets outside are dirty, very creepy and scary at night, groups of dodgy men gathering on the streets at night. Noise on the street - people shouting, woke up at 6 in the morning twice as workers next door very loud - prepare your ear plugs.

We were very happy with the apartment. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The bed is very comfy. The neighbourhood is authentic and vibrant. The apartment owner Claudio is specially very helpful and he gave us many tips and he let us stay longer on the check out day which was really nice and helpful to us. We highly recommend this place.

Good locatoon close to the city center. Room was clean and well equipped. The host was really pleasant and helpful with earlier check in.

Claudio the host was so kind with us, he even let us come earlier to the apartment and leave it later, we could ask everything from him and he was always available. The apartment was clean and it was a perfect place to have relaxing time as a couple. The nighborhood was fine and everyone was kind around the accommodation. The apartment is very well-equipped and so modern we didn’t even excepted it to be so fine. If we’ll come to Palermo next time we are defenitely going to choose Claudios service again!
