"Superb"

Everything is brand new! Easy to reach from the bus station and just 20 minutes on foot to the beach via the same street. Clear communication, all great!

I could hear everything happening behind the wall, even the sound of incoming messages at my neighbors' room. I believe they could hear my early wake ups, too.
