pool is huge, apartment is clean, air cond in each room, water pressure & heater is good, view from balcony, fast wifi connection

there is no mirror in the room, no cloth hanging area at balcony, no mug (need to use glass for hot water), no teaspoon, no cooking utensils (eventhough there is a electric stove & spatula), the guard at swimming pool urge us to dry ourselves first due to no wet clothes prior using the lift to get to the unit (if this is a rule for the apartment, suggest for host to add this info for visitor's knowledge). guard at reception took a while to find my name upon checking out (guard check wrong book eventhough already said that i'm a visitor).

No washing machine, not enough kitchen equipment

You cannot walk to the splash mania. We had to rely on grab which sometime takes 45 minutes to arrive as this place is far away from the center

Friendly host, easy to understand instructions for checking in, spacious unit for a family of 4, comfortable beds and of course, the huge swimming pool!.

Lack of food options nearby.

1. We enjoyed the pool with kids. 2. Guards allowed us to park at level 1, so easy excess to lobby and entrance when we explained we had kids and elderly. 3. 2 Mamaks available just a few blocks away. Food was not bad. We went to the corner one. The cooks are Malay so they have Malay food as well.

1. The playground was under maintenance, we were looking forward for that for our kids. So we could only play in the pool. Dissapointed with that. 2. The late check in at 3pm but early check out time, 11am was not good. At least give guests until 1pm the most would be great. 3. 99 Speedmart available, but not open on Public Holiday. So there's only 1 more mart open.
