Breakfast was very tasty but lighting jyada nahi thi room mei kafi kum lights hai

Rooms lack cleanliness, the washroom was horribly kept. Leakage, clogging, and dirty were some of the issues to name. Room service was very very slow.

The staff, especially the front desk lady, was very kind and helpful.

First, they do not accept payment via international mastercard credit card, which is an inconvenience. Secondly for our whole stay there were wedding ceremonies booked in the hotel, which is fine but then they should not host individual tourists as they give priority to the wedding guests. We ordered dinner but the restaurant told us that we will not be having non veg as there is a party going on for the wedding, we had to settle for veg menu. The next day we went for breakfast in the restaurant, the guy kept telling us breakfast is not included and is extra, we were aware of this so no need to keep on telling us. Then told us we will have to have breakfast in our room as there was a buffet breakfast for the wedding guests. This is despite the front desk telling us we will need to have breakfast in the restaurant the day before. And again we were told no non veg breakfast. I have the impression the hotel is specialised in hosting weddings, which is all fine but then they should not take tourist bookings. We had to suffer through loud noise and music late at night as the wedding halls were just outside our room

The only bearable thing is the location.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. From the moment I entered the hotel, I knew I had made a huge mistake. The hotel room was filthy and in a completely slummy state. Looked worn out at the first glance, and it only went worse. I do have pics and videos of the room, if only I could upload them here as proof. The wallpaper in the room was torn and peeling off in several spots – it looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. The room had zero ventilation, and it felt suffocating in there. There was no fresh air, and the stench was unbearable – a mix of mold and stale air. I had to leave the door open just to get some relief, but that didn’t help much. The bathroom was another nightmare. The door didn’t lock, which was incredibly uncomfortable, and the bathroom itself was dirty – it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were no toiletries except for a half-used bottle of shampoo that had clearly been sitting there for ages. The AC didn't work at all. The room got unbearably hot during the day, and with no ventilation or proper cooling, it was impossible to be in the room or let alone sleep comfortably. The bed linen was disgusting – dirty, stained, and stinky. I couldn't believe they actually expected people to sleep in that. To make matters worse, the lights in the room were a disaster. Only one switch worked, and it either turned on all the lights at once, making the room blindingly bright, or switched everything off, leaving the room pitch dark. There was no in-between, which made it nearly impossible to get comfortable. Honestly, this hotel is a total dump. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lack of basic cleanliness, maintenance, and functioning amenities made this stay a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
