Bathroom buckets should be kept cleaned. Quality of water is bad, no hot water and the wall mixer is defective. I paid approx 2500 rs / day for something which was not worth even 1K. Also this is not a dedicated residency or lodging. These rooms are for the functions (hall) which happens to be in the same compound. No eatery close by you need to take a walk of 10-15min to find something.

INThis place is very nice and very well maintained.....it is actually even better than the photos....we were lucky to have this booked and with many plantation arnd.....this looks very homely!!! The rooms r very well done and minimalist which gives a very homely feel....and it's located right on the NH66 highway and all the beaches r well within reasonable distance!!!
They don't serve lunch or dinner!!!
FIINProperty was overall good. But, not worth the money we paid for. Also, faced issues with AC remote and fan regulator was also not working.
