"False advertising. NOT a house .. an apartment without laundry."

Ok for an APARTMENT, with a unit underneath and you enter via a backyard of a house. Modern (not self contained) APARTMENT.

FALSELY ADVERTISED as a whole ‘house’ - no laundry, above another unit, no access to garage as pictured. We got parked in and disturbed by other people staying below in unit (that is pictured as this accomodation). Had to access through backyard with dog kennels.
