Orithyia prime living

I had a really lovely stay at Orithya it looked exactly like the pictures, and being up on the mountain it had beautiful views and I caught the sunset every night. Room was spacious and styled very beautifully. Elpida was always on hand to help out with anything I needed and answering quickly any questions that I had. They can also provide breakfast on request which is a nice touch. I found the location is quite high up in the mountain, which you only really appreciate once there so you definitely need a car to get around freely otherwise you can make use of the taxis.

The room I stayed in (Alpha) had a kettle and coffee machine but no other means to make food unlike some of the other rooms pictured. However, I did ask about the setup before arriving and they are able to provide an airfryer. As my stay was short I opted to eat out.

The building, the decor, the balcony, the view, the cleanliness, and Ellida, the owner.

Not the fault of the property but the local cafe was either closed or opened late. The local taverna was also closed. These were not problems as such, but would have added to the experience.

Everything was perfect, the welcome very pleasant, the house, the interior decoration, the pool and the view were magnificent.

What a warm welcome in Orythia - in addition, beautiful location with lovely views over the bay - flats are decorated with great taste and care - attention to detail both inside and outside - pool was perfect - very good and discreet service - perfect address to fully enjoy

Lovely hosts. Travelled for my partner’s birthday, and Elpida was fantastic in helping arrange various special requests. We also enjoyed Elpida’s curated list of local recommendations (places to visit & eat), and we opted for breakfast (paid extra) which was delivered warm & perfectly on time.

A comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment. Equipment with attention to every detail. An excellent place to relax, especially for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, the facility is located on the slope of a high mountain, so it's good to have a car. Beautiful, perfectly designed space around the building, a wonderful swimming pool with a counter-current and a breathtaking view of Kalamata and the sea. We felt great spending time in your apartment. It was a pity to leave such beautiful surroundings and in perfect weather. Mrs. Elpida was very helpful and friendly and also offered us wine and coffee. In my opinion, the place deserves a strong 10.

The first impression was one of pure luxury - a very new building that has been renovated to an extremely high standard. The host was enormously welcoming and the apartment spotless, The views from the balcony and the pool area were amazing!

Nothing could be improved - the stay was just perfect!

Its an absolutely amazing place, the details, the vibe, the VIEW is just magnificent. Elpida is an amazing host, and was always willing to help with whatever we asked.

If you’re not used to uphill roads you have to drive carefully since it requires a tad bit getting used to but other than that its all amazing.
