Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations and the property did not match the description presented on your website. The following serious issues occurred during our stay: 1. There was no parking permit, although it was listed as included in the property description. 2. The apartment had a strong and unpleasant smell from the sewer, which persisted throughout the stay. 3. There was no hot water in the kitchen, which made basic use of the sink difficult. 4. The shower drainage was extremely poor – water would accumulate and not go down properly. 5. The apartment was very cold, and there was no effective heating available. 6. We tried to call the property multiple times, but received no answer or assistance. We chose this accommodation based on the information shown on Booking.com, and these issues caused significant discomfort and frustration during our stay.

Great location, easy access, nice and clean apartment. Parking right next to the apartment was a great bonus.

Location was very good.

Sofa wasn't clean, there was no linen on the sofa. After one night the body itches. It's obvious that there are problems with hygiene in the apartment.

After we had arrived, we had collected the keys and carried all our luggage into the room (4 person including two small children) Only then we met nice pair from Spain and Ireland claiming that the apartment is not rented by us, but by them. We showed the confirmation on the screen and it appeared that indeed we were given keys for the wrong apartment. So we called the owner of the place to clear the situation. He answered that the apartment we had actually rented had been also booked by someone else. It was 20.00 in the eveving and we had nowhere to stay for the night being in the unknown area. The owner said this is the fault of Booking but we have learned later on that he declared this apartment (that we had booked) as free also in Airbnb. The owner PROMISED to returned the money to us and to rent another apartment at his expense. He indeed rented sth else (we had to wait over an hour to get there, it was lower standard and 6th floor - so sth we would never considered renting in the first place with all the luggage that we and children have) but he has never returned the money - still blaiming the Booking. Booking answered after our arrival that this was not their fault anyway. Pablo Apartment Cesis was clean and cosy, but we never got the chance to stay in it. We give two stars instead of one just because the owner rented another place and we did not end up homeless on the street. All other promises were unfulfilled. That never happened to us before. You rent this apartment at your own risk.

The location is very good, but for some might be a little loud since it is right next to the street

Was cold, but thats understandable since there wasn't heating turned on for whole city. Electric heather would be nice!
