"Overall it was very bad experience with staff and property."

Rooms shown in pictures are far more different than the actual it was very small, untidy no TV, phone, kettle, nothing in room.

Manager first refused to give the room which was already confirmed by oyo and then refused to give us the dinner which was included in our final price. Moreover the language of manager was not good.

Spacious room Good Wifi Good AC Nice Bouncy Bed

The Hotel Asks for more money after visiting. Please do not book room online. Exhaust fan was too loud in bathroom. And also Hotel Tatva is no more, this hotel has a different name.

"Highly disappointed with the service"

They didn’t let us check-in and for extra amount instead of the amount mentioned in the booking.

They didn’t let us check in and when we contact customer care they denied us transfer and we suffered soo in the night at 10PM with small baby. It was horrible horrible experience.
