Amazing Flores Duplex

The apartment is spacious and very well decorated. The bathrooms are high spec. It’s in a great location neat San Bento station. There’s lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and it’s a short walk to the river.

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t heating so we just had a couple of electric heaters but they were fine.

Las cosas malas nublaron las buenas.

Alquilamos el apartamento por tres noches. La temperatura en Oporto, a nuestra llegada, era de 11 grados, pero al entrar en el alojamiento la sensación térmica era aún más baja. La calefacción no funcionaba; llamamos al teléfono de contacto y nos aseguraron que solo necesitaba tiempo para calentar. Sin embargo, pasamos una noche auténticamente gélida. Al día siguiente volvimos a llamar y entonces reconocieron que la calefacción llevaba una semana averiada debido a una tormenta reciente. Es decir, nos alquilaron el apartamento sabiendo que este elemento esencial no funcionaba. En pleno mes de diciembre, y siendo un servicio anunciado en su página como parte del equipamiento, considero que esto constituye un engaño. Es comparable a que ofrezcan camas y luego no haya ninguna. Podría mencionar otros aspectos negativos del apartamento, pero creo que este hecho basta para considerarlo un alojamiento engañoso y valorarlo con la puntuación más baja.

The flat was centrally located with two good sized double rooms and two bathrooms. The flat is most comfortable and is very well maintained. Had everything you would wish for a city break.

Beautiful, very central apartment near Sao Bento Station. Walkable to everything we needed.

A little difficulty finding the correct lockbox for the keys. Needed to call for assistance.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Great air conditioning & really nice kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony and really loved the restaurant downstairs.

Honestly, the only thing that could be improved is the towels! Nicer towels would make this property so much more luxurious but really wasn’t that big of a problem

Wonderful location, just off Rua das Flores and near the Perspéntico mural. We ate at Em Canto for dinner and O Caselrinho for lunch, both were delicious and just a few steps from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the small balcony.
