El tamaño de la cama, entramos con mi hijo de dos años y dormimos super cómodos.

Deben mejorar la temperatura del agua de la ducha, no ofrece agua caliente, al menos en los dos días que estuve ahí.

"No recomendable, no hay agua caliente solo fría. Administración no brinda solución ante problemas"

Nada.

No tenían agua caliente, me alojé dos noches y estando en Arequipa lugar donde hace frío, lo básico que deberían tener es agua caliente y no había. No me dieron solución en ningún momento, tuve que buscar otro lugar para bañarme. Pese a todo pedí quedarme una noche más y que me hicieran descuento por el tema del agua fría, me quisieron cobrar más del precio en vez de brindarme un descuento. Yo me adelanté y le dije a mi esposo que llame para averiguar el precio de noche, le dijeron 90 soles, sin embargo a mí me dijeron 110 soles. Nunca me brindaron soluciones ni nada.

El desayuno estuvo bien; aunque creo que por haber varios huéspedes fue buffet; porque no siempre se da. Aunque no me gusta los huevos revueltos, pero entiendo las políticas del hotel.

Tener que subir tantas escaleras, estuve en el último piso, y no tenía ascensor. Y las instalaciones; si necesita un poquito de renovación.
