la ubicación

de los 4 días que estuvo so no hubo agua caliente ningún día, aducen que es termas solares pero que no abastece para todo el hotel, y de noche o tarde o nublado tendrán que ducharse con agua helada, pésima atención del personal al no resolver el problema, no lo recomendaría por calidad precio.

"Una mala experiencia en Riviera Cayma"

La ubicación es excelente, cerca a los centros comerciales. El centro histórico igual queda a un paso, con 8 a 10 soles se puede contratar un InDrive. El desayuno también es bueno, aun que hay que pedir platos y cosas para que coloquen, eso deberían realizar lo solos.

La atención, las recepcionistas son personas groseras que primero no saben contestar el saludo. Luego no están preparadas, no saben ni cobrar correctamente con el datafast... encima que se les ayuda para que no se vean perjudicadas al cobrar en soles en vez de dolares, no saben agradecer. Luego piden que reclame yo a booking a que me cobren mas por la niña menor, por que tiene mas de 5 años. Finalmente, el aseo es fatal... muy sucio los pisos no saben lo que es aspirar las alfombras. Los baños las paredes llenas de moho y muchos techos dañados... un día extendí la cama y la encontré igual en la noche... y el rato del check out le tratan a uno como ladrón, pueden tener malas experiencias pero deben saber tratar a los clientes y no ponerse a discutir y pelear... realmente no saben atender a los clientes.
