"Exceptional"

Locatie centrala langa Piata Sfatului si str Republicii cu toate restaurantele la îndemână si punctele de atracție din oras . O cladire istorica in centrul vechi al orașului cu un studio modern si confortabil, cu o vedere superba la Muntele Tâmpa din dormitor. Echipat cu tot ce este necesar pt o escapada la munte, curat si calduros. Locuri de parcare erau disponibile chiar in spatele clădirii. Ne- am simtit minunat. O sa revenim cu placere de fiecare data cand ajungem in Brasov.

"Spacious and Well-Equipped Apartment in the middle of Brasov"

We had a very good stay at John Residence Brașov. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is also very good and made it easy to explore Brașov on foot. It was also easy to find parking in the nearby streets, which was very convenient for us. The host was very kind and always available in case we needed anything. Overall, a great place to stay in Brașov.

Totul,începând de la locație foarte aproape de centrul orașului, confort, curățenie, facilități și amabilitatea gazdelor. Vom reveni și altă dată cu siguranță.

"Relaxare sub Tampa"

Am stat 3 nopti la aceasta locatie exact in directia telecabinei Tampa, foarte aproape de Piata Sfatului si Biserica Neagra, unde am fost intampinati de d-na Gina cu multa caldura sufleteasca, o doamna foarte atenta la nevoile noastre, de prima data ne-a rezervat locul de parcare cu plata aproape de cazarea noastra. Cazarea a fost intr-o curte interioara departe de zgomotul strazii, noaptea era foarte liniste si te puteai odihni, apartamentul este foarte calduros, noi mai inchideam robinetele caloriferelor ca nu prea suntem prieteni cu caldura, apa calda tot timpul, ustensile in bucatarie, patul foarte comod, totul a fost perfect ne-am simtit ca acasa, multumim pentru ospitalitate, dorim sa mai revenim la dvs.!

"Great location, excellent hosts"

Location is ideal for exploring Braşov. Close to Old Town and various attractions but still very quiet. Our host was very helpful with tips on dining, where to park, supermarkets, etc. spacious enough for a small family.

A small fan would be good to help with airflow
