Staff behaviour was awesome

House keeping needed to improved tremendously. One of the pillows provided has insects excreta. The swimming pool had a broken tile which caused severe bruise on my son's leg.

Friendly staff.

Restaurant food quality was below average. Hotel is right off the busy street. Roof-top restaurant is open; monkeys are a nuisance; had to be careful with phones etc. on the table. Since it is open, it did get hot.

I liked the kindness of the staffs the most. They did an extra mile. I have an 8 month old and they provided food for him like we give at home. Their food was extraordinary. Also activities area and garden area was maintained very clean. I felt like I didn't want to come back home from that place. Had great fun. A must go place

Swimming pool can be much better. And rooms were small

The layout of the hotel was good. The ambience, service and the food was excellent.

The only draw back was there is no lift facility on the bottom villa's. The top of the resort is connected with lifts at all levels.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. Good breakfast.

The breakfast , like the dinner , is served at the top floor restaurant; I do not know if the presence of stealing monkeys is a plus or a con; the breakfast was mainly indian; on the first morning it took us over 30 minutes to get our tea; there were not many european breakfast options The hotel is not very expensive for the luxury and the meals it provides; we preferred its situation out of the city of Munnar to having been there ( quite busy and noisy town); the premium room was really very spacious and the airco and fridge okay; it is , however , quite difficult to figure out all the switches Booking .com says you have to pay cash for your accommodation, but that appeared not to be true. They do accept credit cards

Our room had nog been cleaned or been seen to during our stay; when my husband fell ill it took a tremendous time to get fresh water and some clean towels the pool is much smaller than in the picture shown on the site the top floor restaurant had a nice view, but is quite cold in the misty morning and windy evening
