Well-maintained property with clean, spacious rooms and beautiful valley/garden views. Friendly, courteous, and cooperative staff; warm hospitality. Good facilities including a clean swimming pool, kids' play area, games room, and multi-cuisine roof top restaurant (especially tasty South Indian food and breakfast). Relaxing ambience, ample parking, evening garden lights, and proximity to nature (bird songs, peaceful vibe). Family-friendly and great for a calm getaway.

The staff were my favourite. All the receptionists were great. Receptionist kalpana was incredible. Even the ones at the restaurant alive was extremely courteous to comply to our customised needs. The staff were my favourite.

There were few stains on the bed sheets which covered our extra trolley bed. Even the pillow covers which covered the pillows on the main mattress were not white. It was light brown. A let down. The extra bed/mattress was in poor condition. Both the sides of the mattress was in poor condition, heavily stained and the room boys tried to cover it hastily while setting it in our room. It was funny though. Please make and maintain the extra beds decent 🙏🏼. We were given room no 606. We were hearing people putting and working with heavy objects over our rooms. It was noisy and we were having heavy thuds on top of our rooms. It was going on till 11pm or even late i think. Cleanliness and the disturbance were the only let down.
