1. Layout was good, 2. a chair was provided, would have preferred 2 chairs though 3. furniture was clean and also the bathroom

1. No onsite parking for my car and it was done in a gated location meant for bikes. They had wanted me to park in some open area not monitored which I refused, 2. no intercom and I had to call on an external line to reach the reception, 3. we had a late checkin (paid for around 12 hours, not 24 hours) but there was no fare reduction on booking.com or by hotel, 4. exhaust fan was noisy, 5. very limited items in buffet breakfast,

Comfortable stay with a peaceful and classy vibe.

Basic cleanliness was there

Standard rooms are exceptionally small, some rooms don’tecen open to outside of the building but inside the corriddors and as a result had terrible smell. Breakfast had just 3 items, too basic in my opinion The access cards of the rooms need to be rechecked everyday else you will lose access

Location

Bed is smaller than the wooden cot. When I moved around, it hit my leg . Got a severe injury in my leg.also, the key card holder has a loose connection, it disconnects the power frequently

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent amenities.

Staff was very helpful, place was clean. Shower was hot and water pressure good. Only good things, would stay again.
