The accommodation was not like the description. However, the price was low so for a long-term stay, it might be fine.

There was no sign outside the property and the accommodation was not as described. The Deluxe Room that I booked was described as having a private bathroom, but the bathroom was shared. I chose the place as it said that there was an ATM available on-site but this is not true and it was necessary to travel (by car) to reach the nearest ATM to pay for the room (it was not possible to pay by card). Then, despite the fact it is necessary to pay in cash, the place did not have any change, even though I gave the manager 12hrs to find change. I also chose the place because of the breakfast description but it was not a continental breakfast but some sort of omelette and bread, which was not well explained. The nearest shops / food is 5+ minute drive away, which is not convenient if you do not have a car, and the road is not popular for bodas or taxis so it is necessary to walk a bit to get a lift.

The cost, clean area and closeness to my location of intrest

I arrived here after travelling for 20hrs only to find the manager had increased my fee from 24 to 34 USD. When I asked for an explanation, he refused to speak to me saying he was busy and he cancelled my request and made appear as if I requested to cancel it. They couldn’t help me find another location alternative. I was left stranded and helpless in their reception, in a country where I do not speak the language, without a local sim card or access to internet. I had to go out and look for another place to stay. That is no way to treat a customer!
