I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The host was absolutely unbelievable, even sending a transfer car to the airport to pick us up for a little fee. Whatever we needed he was there to help us out with. Went out of his way to get extra cable channels for us so we could watch a football match. The place is amazing, huge with lots of space even for 5-6 people. The location cannot be beat as it is a 5 min walk to liberty square. It is up a hill but truly not an issue at all. We will be staying here again next time we come to visit.

The place is really a great find. The apartment is beautifully designed, in the best possible sense of the word and It actually looks even better than in the photos. On top of that, the location is fantastic, int the city centre and many great restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. All in all, I would love to, and hopefully will stay in this place again (and again).

Accommodation close to the center, all available nearby. Giorgi is a caring host, communicating with us before arrival, helping us resolve everything we needed. Help with the city's orientation, parking, and airport shuttle. Accommodation met expectations, I recommend to those who want to be close to the city center.

The staff was very nice and caring. The house is very clean and organized. Nearby, there are grocery stores, etc., where you can meet your needs. It was about a 7-minute walk to the liberty square, but it was also a pleasant walk, since you have to take Rustaveli Avenue which is next to apartment and is full of trading malls, historical sights restaurants, etc…. Additionally, the house was warm when it was very cold outside and despite the central location, it was also very quet.

We loved our stay here! From the moment we just arrived, we felt right at home thanks to an extremely friendly and approachable host. The place was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

Enjoyable stay in Tbilisi, the apartment was as described, clean and in a good location. The host was very thoughtful and left coffee, sugar and coffee in the fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend staying here if visiting Tbilisi.

The room is very clean and well located. In the room you can see the church, surrounded by three supermarkets and a market.There is a bus stop and taxi station within 2 minutes from the apartment. Everything was new, everything was found in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment also has a transfer service which is very convenient for those who arrive in the city at night. All in all it was perfect. Thank you!

Very nice, quiet and newly renovated apartment central in Tbilisi. Liked the attention to minor details during the renovation. I can definitely recommend this apartment.
