Terra Luxe Residences

We have stayed here already serveral times. The appartment is spacy, clean and comfortable. Love to stay here, it's close walking distance to the old center and on the belgrad waterfront with lotst of restaurants and a big shopping mall just a few minutes walking from the apartment. Easy check-in and great parking lots in the garage of the building

The apartment is very spacious and modern, with really quality furniture. It has underground garage which was really convenient and easy to access with elevator. However, cleaning company (I guess they hire someone to clean it) should do better job. New apartments are sometimes harder to keep clean then older ones (like this one which had exceptional furniture and therefore the cleanness is expected to be at the level). But all together, it is nice place to stay in this part of the town.

We did not get 5th set of bedsheets. The person who welcomed us with keys advice to call the owner, but it was quite late, so we did not do it and managed with what we had. Since in booking was stated 2 adults and 3 kids, we expected the 5th set.

Πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα για οικογένεια με 3 παιδιά. Διέθετε πραγματικά ολα οσα χρειαζομασταν. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ηρεμη, ασφαλής και περιπου 20' απο το κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια. Πολυ βολικό και το parking στο υπόγειο του κτηρίου!

Location is good and the flat itself looks nice.

~Flat needs deep cleaning ( cleaning lady was very polite, but she should also have some extra help sometimes to keep such a flat for that price in a higher level ) • bathrooms - cleanliness in general + hairs everywhere, bad smell from the bathroom, dust on the radiators, shower and the walls in it should be better cleaned, especially walls and corners from tiles which are almost red from dirty and kalk • iron should be cleaned • everything in the kitchen should be better cleaned / toaster/ coffee Maschine ( water still in ) / fridge…. But we didn’t used any of that • bed linen damaged and bleached + many hairs on it • dirty home shoes in the regal should be actually removed, just as everything else what someone already used ~Technician or the owner should have better overview and repair several things: • toilet seat almost falling off • toilet splash not working in one bathroom • pipe in the shower should be checked, because water was not going fast enough during showering ~Only one key for the flat change our plans and limited our going out, especially because of the very simple door lock for which one keys are needed from the outside locking. I texted to the property through the Booking, asking for extra key if it’s possible, but never got the answer

Piękny, przestronny i nowoczesny apartament. 2 sypialnie, z czego jedna z łazienką, druga łazienka na korytarzu. Wielki salon z otwartą kuchnią. 2 balkony. Bardzo przyjemnie i komfortowo. Pralka i suszarka w zabudowanym schowku. Bardzo proste odebranie kluczy na recepcji w głównym budynku. Tam otrzymaliśmy klucze wraz z informacją, które miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym jest dla nas i jak tam dojechać. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Zabrakło informacji, że płatność gotówką przy odbiorze kluczy. Ale też nie było problemu, żeby umówić się na inny termin

Łazienki słabo czyszczone - na ścianach i fugach widać brud, który zbiera się i nie jest myty w odpowiedni sposób. Ale nie przeszkadzało to na tyle, żeby czuć się źle. Trochę zbyt ubogie wyposażenie kuchni, takie minimum.

Genel olarak temiz ve çok güzel tasarlanmış bir evdi.
