Apartman je prostran i lijepo osmisljen. Svi aparti su dostupni. Lijep dizajn enterijera, ali definitvno nije luksuz. Kad sam trazila da rezervisem, presudila je ocjena i nedavni komentari. Medjutim moje iskustvo je skroz suprotno. Mogu da pohvalim jedino osoblje, a ostalo nista.

Ovo je daleko od lux. Ako je nesto lux imperativ su bijele posteljine i bijeli peskiri. Posteljina pocijepana, tj. čarsaf, otprilike 20 cm i onda rucno usiveno, zao mi sto ne slikah. Pa nov carsaf je izmedju 7 i 10€, je li to veliki trosak? Naravmo da nije, pritom na oba carsafa je bila bar po 1 fleka. Siva posteljina, pitanje na koliko se stepeni pere? Skepticna sam. Zatim nekih crnih dugih dlaka po posteljini. Peskire nismo ni koristili. Po podu dlaka i mrvica. Sto se tice kuhinje, spuzvica prethodno koristena, escajg muzgav. Odem u prodavnicu kupim spuzvice i operem ono sto namjeravam da koristim. Masina za sudje ima ali nema tableta za nju, ili ja nisam znala da ih nadjem. Ne zelim da ovo shvatite kao kritiku, nego cisto da na osnovu mog iskustva poboljsate uslugu.

Amazing experience. A world-class apartment, situated in the heart of the Belgrade Waterfront, the best place to stay in Belgrade today. Spacious rooms, super comfy beds and a responsive host. I have been to Belgrade dozens of times, this was an exceptional experience

"Atención a la recepción INACEPTABLE"

La situación y la calidad y limpieza del apartamento

Al llegar no había nadie en "recepción" y tampoco ninguna nota o aviso para poder acceder ni al edificio ni al aparcamiento.costó más de dos horas estar en la calle en invierno, de noche y en Servía, sin nadie con quien comunicarse. Problemas con el idioma y con los móviles casi inútiles allí.
