Terra Luxe Residences

Very big, modern and comfortable apartment in the new Belgrade Waterfront area. High rise building with excellent elevators, great bedding, lighting, heating, two baths and modern kitchen. Free WiFi and smart tvs are a plus.

Could do with some better cleaning (especially inside cupboards), and fixing of loose hinges etc. Not enough toilet paper was provided for all the people and all the days, no coffee capsules or washing machine tablets either. Facilities are great but it would have been useful to provide guests with some basic stuff. Should be better noted that payment was only by cash upon arrival. Finally the "reception" employees only serve as greeting persons in the building’s hall, and can not provide any help, nor store the luggage after checkout.

It wasn’t really clean, we had to pay in cash and wait a bit for someone to take the cash (card wasn’t even an option).

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καινούργιο και αρκετά καθαρό. Είχε μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και δύο μπάνιο. Η περιοχή ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή!

Αυτό που θα ήθελε βελτίωση είναι σίγουρα η επικοινωνία του ιδιοκτήτη με τους επισκέπτες καθώς δεν είχαμε σαφές οδηγίες check in.

Smjestaj je jako dobar, prostran i dobro opremljen, na odličnoj lokaciji.

Mislim da je vrijeme da promijene servis za čišćenje. Šteta što se tako krasan objekt jako loše održava.
