2 Bedroom Central Apartment

Great central location, easy to find with cheap parking very close by. Very clean and comfortable. We were there for 2 nights for a nearby wedding, 4 adults in our group (parents and adult daughter and son in law) and we had plenty of room to relax, both before and after our events. Simple instructions upon arrival to get the keys to our apartment. Would definitely book again.

Minor inconvenience of the lift bot working during our stay, I'm on crutches so I was a bit concerned on arrival, however even though our apartment was on the top floor, the stairs weren't steep so I was able to manage easily enough. Slight negative point was no hairdryer (I knew in advance so had taken my own) and I felt that the bedrooms could benefit from a mirror to make it slightly easier when drying hair, as I had to stand in the hallway to use the mirror there to be able to do my hair. Didn't affect our stay, this is just a heads up for future guests.

Clean simple and comfortable

Smell of cigarette smoke from downstairs flat was coming up through the kitchen

Centrally located, plenty of parking close by and shops. Only 20 minutes to Alton Towers. Home was clean and tidy.

Very basic TV so was unable to stream a film from netflix on a night.

It was very convenient for our needs

We have stayed in Las Vegas,San Francisco,New York and loads of other places,but this will take all the beating,modern,clean,comfortable,located well,really nice.

Only one set back the lift wasn’t working,we were on the top floor,room 8,if we stopped again the lift would have to be working or we would have to be near the bottom floor. Please get the lift fixed.

Unfortunately you can clearly hear all the neighbours, both noises in their apartments and doors, this did wake all of us up at various times each night.

Really clean and functional, great communication from the hosts and clear instructions given about our stay.

The lift wasn't working, which we didn't think would be a problem.....until we had to climb all the stairs 😂
