Parking close by. Coffee service in lobby. Staff friendly

Breakfast options. Noise level outside of hotel. There were very noisy guests staying on our floor and they made a lot of noise late into the night and then again in the early morning.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. Continental breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Wide variety of options and some extra touches.

I booked a king room. What I got was a queen. It was late, and I was too tired to make a fuss. Toilet had appeared to have black mold in bowl. My guess would be that it had set unused for a period of time. I was given an ADA room, though I did not request one. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. I dried my hair in the kitchen to avoid electrocution. Pet friendly for $65, non-refundable extra fee. A little grassy area that wasn't a block away would have been great.

My suggestion would be to put an ice machine on floor for convenience.
