This place is an incredible value. Clean room, comfortable bed with 4 pillows, strong A/C. Welcoming, wonderful hosts—we loved chatting with Joy. The banana pancakes were AMAZING. Great WiFi!

Arthur was very friendly and waited for my arrival from the airport to welcome me at the villa. The room is very big and has a kettle as well as plates with cutlery and a fridge, which was very handy. The café is also available just below and has very cheap prices. It's truly a gem!

Just a minor detail as it says it's an apartment but it doesn't have a kitchen. I was very satisfied with what it had though.

Friendly staff, comfort, value. We stayed for new year eve and it was good view to see the surroundings full of fireworks so you don't have to come close and get stuck on traffic. Especially family with young children.

The ants easily come when the food was just lying on the table. The access to the top floor were we was staying (normally fit for 5 adult) have to use stairs to reach the very top of our room.

"Good place to stay in South Bali"

We liked the upstairs unit with spacious room and great view. The restaurant downstairs (The Joy) was lovely and the couple who are running the restaurant were super helpful & nice!

It’s hard to understand the arrangement (i.e. the restaurant and guest house is ran separately, the house connected to the guest house is NOT the owner’s house, etc.). There were few things that indicated the maintenance is not great (the electricity credit ran out while we were there… and we had to find the caretaker. The battery for AC remote was out. etc.).
