Front office. Horng was helpful and polite. Ambience outside was pleasing.

The hotel is older, not as well kept. There was a distinct smell unsure if it was insect repellent or room freshener.

Que dire à part que c'était vraiment super. Un très bel hôtel très bien tenu avec un personnel très agréable et souriant. Malgré un petit problème de réservation, ils ont su rebondir et nous proposer une solution parfaite. Concernant le logement, il était incroyable. La literie est très bonne, les chambres grandes et les extérieurs agréable. Merci particulièrement à DALIN pour son sourire et sa gentillesse avec notre petit garçon 🙏

The staff was amazing and accommodating. Its less then 10mins from the center but we didn't mind at all. Its nice and quiet, breakfast was good. Our family enjoyed our stay at Amatak and highly recommend it.

This is my 2nd year to stay with Amatak for a long 3 week stay. I was involved in volunteer work in Siem Reap for a period of time and Amatak looked after myself and my friends so well. We booked the family suite, which had many rooms and areas for private time and working on our projects. We had the option to book a conference room which we availed of many times as it has a big table with air con and plugs. The room itself was so nice, large comfortable beds and pillows. The housekeeping was excellent, the room was always so clean and the bed linen was changed regularly. The staff on reception were faultless, they were always so polite, attentive and professional and always made us feel so welcomed, asking about our day and showing interest in our work. We felt part of the family by the end of our trip. The pool and gym area is beautiful, it really is so relaxing and well kept. We availed of the breakfast and it was a great option to have if you didn't go out for breakfast. Lots of tasty options for everyone. Thank you so much Amatak again for supporting us on our stay and hope to return again next year.

The staff of the Amatek hotel are so welcoming and helpful. They are always smiling and friendly. The hotel is in a quieter area of Siem Reap. Our room was perfect for our 6 night stay with plenty of room. The pool area was perfect to relax after a day visiting the sites.

Not quite in the centre of town, but a short tuk tuk ride or a 20 minute walk.

Staff extremely accomodating and facility was lovely and clean.

No complaints at all.
