The apartment was very quiet but close to the town center with shops and restaurants

We had a problem with locking the apartment door and properly sorting the waste.

"Very enjoyable stay, wonderful local area."

Great location, value for money and above all else a very helpful and accommodating host.

Only real thing that comes to mind was there were no means to keep the place clean, for extended stays it may be advisable to provide a brush, mop & bucket and some basic cleaning supplies.

"Great stay close to Golden Bay and Riviera Beach"

Very spacious common area with dining table and cozy sofa. Clean rooms with good AC and shutters. The residential area was very quiet, there was also parking space available in front of the flat or close by, depending on the time of the day. Supermarket, butcher, brunch/coffee place and restaurants are within walking distance. In terms of beach, there are plenty great ones reachable by personal car, Uber/Bolt and bus.

Bed size is not the most optimal for tall people, but it'd do for a few nights. Cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil etc.) were missing.

"Provided everything we needed and more"

The property was like home from home with all of the essentials provided to make the stay very relaxing. The apartment is very large and offers great comfort for the whole family. Our host went above and beyond especially when my daughter mislaid her AirPods, he ensured that we got them back to her. Great place to stay, quiet area, great host and clean and comfortable apartment, highly recommend.

"It was extremely pleasant. It surely met our expectations."

Everything was satisfying. A big modern and clean kitchen, with all of the facilities needed. The host was also extremely helpful. The hair dryer didn't want to work and he rapidly solved it to have a functional one. Also, he has sent us a taxi for free to get us from the airport.

The only minor thing would mention is the internet, there were periods when the WIFI didn't work, but that was really not a big discomfort. We strongly recommand this appartment to every group.
